Day 1  Mexico City

Reception at the bus terminal or the airport and transfer to your hotel. Accommodation and rest of the day is free.

Day 2 Mexico City

Today you will visit the city where you will have a panoramic tour to the historic downtown, where you will visit the Palacio Nacional to see the principal stairs mural by Diego Rivera, a compilation of the History of Mexico. Next, we will walk by Templo Mayor and La Catedral Metropolitana with an explanation of its architecture. Next you will go to the historic downtown till we arrive to the Art Gallery, where the clients can purchase a souvenir. Afterwards we will walk by the Paseo de la Reforma admiring its monuments and buildings, next we will visit the Museo de Antropología to visit the Aztec room for about 45 minutes. At the end, we will return to the hotel.

Day 3   Mexico City – Teotihuacán – Mexico City

This day you´ll visit the new Basilica de Guadalupe, where for 45 minutes you´ll visit the interior, also you´ll have the opportunity to pass in front of the most venerated religious image in Mexico. Later you´ll go to the archaeological zone of Teotihuacan to visit the artisan center where you´ll have the explanation of the uses of Maguey, also there is a zone to buy local crafts. Later you´ll get an explanation of the series of the Pirámide de la Luna, its plaza and the “Quetzal-Papalotl” (Butterfly Bird) temples and the ones from the feathered snails. Later you´ll visit Calzada de los Muertos until you arrive to (Pyramid of The Sun) Pirámide del Sol. Finally, you´ll visit the architectonic square  of la Ciudadela. At the end of the tour you´ll have time to eat (meal not included) and return to your hotel.

Day 4 Mexico City – Xochimilco – Mexico City

This day you´ll have a panoramic tour to the south of the city through Insurgentes Sur avenue, admiring monuments and buildings such as Fuente de las Cibeles, Madrid city replica, also we´ll pass through the cultural Polyforum Siqueiros, Plaza de Toros México, Teatro Insurgentes, the exterior of Ciudad Universitaria and the Olympic Stadium. Arrival to Xochimilco, which is the last chink lake of what it used to be the Anahuac Valley, which give us an idea of how Tenochtitlan City was, before the arrival of the conquerors, we will take a tour on one of the traditional “Trajineras”, making a trip through its typical water canals. At the end return to the hotel.

Day 5 Ciudad de México
